Child/Student Membership

Member office visits including telemedicine visits (beyond the included complete physical) cost $50


After-hours and weekend visits are available for additional fees


*Dr. Koretz will see you and take your calls after hours almost all of the time, but rarely the collaborating physician or office associate will provide cross-coverage when she is unavailable. Dr. Elizabeth Twardon, who runs her own independent practice (Twardon Family Care, PLLC), will serve as the collaborating physician.

Koretz Family Health provides a number of additional services including, but not limited to:

  • Meet and Greet visits
  • Preventive health services
  • Chronic disease management
  • Acute problem visits/Urgent care
  • Hospital/Emergency/Urgent care follow-up visits
  • In-home visits for patients who are homebound
  • EKGs (electrocardiogram)
  • Nebulized breathing treatments
  • Laceration repair (suturing/stitches)
  • Cryotherapy for warts and other skin lesions
  • Skin biopsies
  • Joint injections
  • Nail removal
  • Incision and drainage procedures
  • Minor wound care
  • Pap smears
  • Nexplanon implantable birth control insertion/removal
  • Urinalysis and pregnancy tests
  • Laboratory and imaging orders (labs drawn at Quest Patient Service Center or lab of your choice)
  • Sexually transmitted infection testing
  • Stool blood testing
  • Family planning/pre-pregnancy counseling
  • Health coaching for smoking cessation, obesity counseling, exercise and diet plans, stress management
  • Referrals for any service needed, including for pain management (we do not provide chronic pain management)

We do offer fee-for-service (FFS) options for people who wish to pay for specific services without becoming a member, typically billed based on time.
